I wrote a round-up of my 5 favorite kombuchas awhile ago, so I figured it was time for an update! These are my current 5 favorite kombuchas that I always have stocked in my fridge. If you love kombucha, or you’re a person who swears they haaate it, try these. I genuinely think you’ll like them.

1. Synergy Strawberry Lemonade Kombucha

This is my absolute new favorite kombucha. It may even top Holy Kombucha’s Hibiscus Sangria. They’re my top 2 of all time for sure. This Strawberry Lemonade kombucha tastes like the perfect strawberry lemonade because it’s not too sweet, but it still tastes exactly like strawberry lemonade. It’s super refreshing. If you ever see this definitely get it! I found it at my local Trader Joe’s.

2. Synergy Gingerberry Kombucha

I used to hate this kombucha, but that’s only because I reaaally don’t like ginger, at all. Somehow over the past few years though, it’s grown on me. I don’t know what happened, but now I really like it? It’s weird. It’s got that ginger kick, but it’s kind of refreshing? Maybe it’s the blueberry in it. I dunno. I do know that I usually reach for this one when my stomach is straight up not having a good time, and it always makes me feel better. I’ve seen this kombucha everywhere from Target, Ralphs, Whole Foods, and Sprouts. Basically every grocery store probably has this kombucha.

3. Simple Truth Organic Strawberry Lemonade Kombucha

This is my new favorite Simple Truth Organic Kombucha. Next to the Raspberry Hibiscus one I’ve mentioned before. I just LOVE Strawberry Lemonade. That being said, if I had to choose between this one and the Synergy Strawberry Lemonade, I’d choose the Synergy one every time. This is the next best thing. I usually get this from my local Ralphs aka Kroger.

4. Synergy Kombucha Sacred Life Kombucha

I was immediately drawn to this one because it’s freakin’ BLUE. Lol. It’s got a taste I can’t quite place, but I’ve tasted something like it before. It’s kind of like a blue freezie aka “freeze pop” or “fla-vor-ice” for the americans out there. The flavors in this are black tea, green tea, kiwi juice, coconut water and ginger juice. It also has blue spirulina (which is why it’s so blue) in it which is always good. I found this at my local Sprouts.

5. Kevita Pineapple Peach Kombucha

This one straight up tastes like pineapple/peach juice. It’s really good. If you like pineapple or peach drinks, you’ll love this. I’ve found this at my local Ralphs aka Kroger, Sprouts, and Target!
